I always ask myself what's the point of posting?
It's scary when you feel as if you have something to say, but you're worried no one will hear.
It's easy for me to find comfort in silence, and it's easy to be silent.
But lately I'm trying not to worry about how many people hear what I say.
I care about saying the right things. Not the right things to go viral, but the things that come closest to some essential truth.
What I've always resonated with are the things that were right yesterday, are right today, and will be right long after me. And history shows what is right is rarely ever what is the norm.
Rather than how many, I am focused on who.
Who resonates? I don't want to get caught up in the scale of things anymore. One meaningful connection at a time is all I need.
